Umfolozi Hotel, Casino and Convention Resort has been recognised for excellence in the annual Best of Zululand Reader’s Choice Awards for 2018 and 2019, and walked away with the Best Function Venue & Best Restaurant – Hotel accolade. “A special thanks to all the readers who showed their support and voted for us. The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of local businesses, and serves as a benchmark for others to live up to. The survey gives readers the chance to share who and what makes living in Zululand fantastic, providing recognition to category winners. Voting started in September 2018 with 283 nominated businesses. Umfolozi enjoyed more than 54 000 votes, crowing the resort as one of the award winners.
