In response to a recent disaster that left a local family in crisis, Umfolozi Resort in Empangeni, in collaboration with the City of Umhlatuze, organized a charitable event aimed at providing relief and support. The disaster, which severely impacted the family, prompted both organizations to step in with a much-needed contribution.

On the day of the event, Umfolozi generously donated groceries worth R3203, which were handed over to the affected family. This donation not only covered basic food necessities but also included household essentials to help the family rebuild their lives after the unfortunate event.

Joining the event was Wilson B. Nkosi, who helped raise awareness and encouraging the community to support relief efforts.
